Our client, based in the USA, is a leading company specializing in autonomous robotic solutions for major retail chains across the West Coast. Being a fast-growing organization, they have a team of 80+ technical engineers dedicated to enhancing state-of-the-art robots in inventory management, floor care, and remote site management.
IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in C++ development up to 2 years, including use of STL and basic multithreading
- Skilled in Python and its interaction with C++ applications
- Competent in using version control systems such as Git
- Familiar with build systems like CMake
- Accustomed to working within Linux (Ubuntu) development environments
- Confident in sensor integration tasks (e.g., cameras, IMUs); prior experience in this area is considered a plus
- Capable of daily communication in English at an upper-intermediate level (written and spoken)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient C++ code, applying best practices and learning from code reviews
- Support the migration and adaptation of the HAL to a new architecture
- Assist in integrating sensors like LIDARs, IMUs, and cameras
- Contribute to the transition of middleware components from Python to C++
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and contribute to HAL integration
