Our client is a leading retail services enterprise with over 50 years of global reach. The solutions the client provides aim to improve the comprehensive management of most of the business and facilitate, optimize, and assist the daily work of several thousand employees in several dozen countries.
IF YOU ARE
- Proficient in Golang with 5+ years of programming experience and skilled in API development and usage
- Knowledgeable about microservice architecture, containerization, and orchestration
- Experienced in cloud networking concepts and services, automation, and CI/CD practices
- Competent in database management, monitoring, and logging
- Specialist with expertise in building application tracing and awareness of security best practices
- Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proactive contributor eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledgeable in GitOps and ArgoCD (would be a plus)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Develop a cloud-native management private cloud portal using Golang
- Manage and orchestrate a microservices platform using a Golang-backed management plane
- Design and develop APIs, including RESTful and gRPC, to facilitate communication between services
- Ensure API security and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process and implement automation scripts
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to cloud deployments
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve problems and improve system reliability
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
