The Secretary team provides services to the top management of SoftServe, closely collaborating with various company departments and stakeholders.

IF YOU ARE

• An excellent communicator with Intermediate+ English level
• Skilled in using computers and digital tools for office tasks
• Capable of balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A strong manager and organizer
• A client-oriented, proactive, and flexible person
• A professional showing team player attitude
• A detail-oriented person and a real problem-solver

AND YOU WANT TO

• Manage incoming correspondence, calls, and e-mails
• Respond to routine requests for information
• Provide secretarial support for working groups, meetings, seminars/courses, workshop
• Work with contacts database maintenance
• Compose, draft and adapt correspondence and documentation
• Provide effective consulting and expert support for L&D organization and all stakeholders
