Our client is a global enterprise leveraging SAP systems to run their key business operations. Together with them, we are streamlining and optimizing access management processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms. The project's mission is to enhance security, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
Our team collaborates across regions and includes SAP security experts, support engineers, and project managers working closely with client-side stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to join a long-term engagement focused on SAP Access Management transformation and support.
IF YOU ARE
- Familiar with SAP Access Control 12 and hands-on with role, and user lifecycle management
- Experienced in SAP ECC and S/4HANA authorization and user management
- Skilled in managing roles and user accounts following SAP best practices
- Proficient in documentation and access configuration audits
- Experienced with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and task tracking tools like Jira
- Proactive, self-organized, and capable of handling tasks independently
- Capable of communicating effectively with stakeholders and supporting end users
- A team player who thrives in a distributed work environment
- Comfortable working with SAP Fiori roles (nice to have)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Perform clean-up of existing authorization configurations, roles, and user accounts
- Enhance and standardize security processes in SAP (role and user creation, modifications, deletions)
- Deliver ongoing maintenance and support for authorization-related incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high security and compliance standards
- Work with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and optionally Fiori for role management
- Maintain high-quality documentation of processes and configurations
- Support efficient issue tracking using ServiceNow and Jira
