IF YOU ARE

  • Knowledgeable about the Retail & CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry, understanding how merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce, and operations connect to drive business performance
  • Experienced in leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Visionary in recognizing how technology will disrupt and enable the retail industry
  • Specialized in at least one key area, such as e-commerce, supply chain planning, merchandising, customer experience, or pricing
  • Accomplished in driving transformation projects through digitalization, AI adoption, or process optimization
  • Analytical, bridging business and technology to translate real-world retail challenges into actionable digital solutions
  • Engaging in client-facing roles, interacting with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and shaping technology-driven solutions
  • Confident in leading discussions, gathering insights, and defining solution roadmaps with senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative, working effectively with cross-functional teams — including product managers, data scientists, and engineers—to design and implement scalable solutions
  • Organized, managing multiple projects and priorities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational realities
  • Curious, continuously learning, and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Multilingual, fluent in English and German, ensuring seamless collaboration with international clients and stakeholders

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work directly with potential or current clients in the retail & CPG space to analyze challenges and design solutions
  • Lead and support presales activities – preparing proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations, bringing industry expertise to support sales teams
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions to define project roadmaps and drive consensus across business and technical teams
  • Drive business insights & recommendations with data, analytics, and industry trends, providing actionable recommendations for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, data scientists, etc.) to define and deliver new solutions
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently by working across different engagements, adapting quickly to shifting client needs
  • Develop industry insights & thought leadership for internal and external knowledge sharing with whitepapers and presentations on market trends and best practices
  • Continuously learn to keep up with emerging technologies, market shifts, and best practices in retail & CPG
  • Drive digital transformation for retailers and CPG brands to create measurable business impact, ensuring solutions improve business metrics
