The Accounting team at SoftServe is growing. We aim to streamline financial processes, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate reporting to drive business success.

IF YOU ARE

• A holder of 1+ year of experience in accounting, compliance, and advisory
• Skilled in accounting principles and Colombian taxation system, as well as corporate income tax calculations, strategies, declarations, and compliance
• Experienced in participating in monthly closings and ensuring accurate financial records
• Capable of accounting for monthly transactions, maintaining financial records for all company activities
• Proficient in managing specific areas, such as all purchases made during the month or customer invoices
• Knowledgeable in Document Tax Management (DTM) systems
• Well-versed in income tax management and implementing tax strategies for corporate requirements
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency in both spoken and written communication
• Experienced with Mexican and Chilean taxation (nice to have)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Attend the office as needed and work within a hybrid model
• Close schedules and instructions by following monthly deadlines
• Post operational entries, process journal entries, and run defined checks and controls
• Prepare, store, and record source documents
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements and automation
• Participate in the company’s projects at the group level
