Functional Services Administration is a department that provides services for project managers, software engineers, QC/QA specialists, etc. Such services focus on improving employees’ professional skills and supporting them with ongoing project tasks and challenges.
IF YOU ARE
- Experienced with administering business processes or services
- Adept at balancing multiple projects at once and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A person with strong planning skills
- Client-oriented, proactive, and flexible
- A real problem solver with a keen attention to detail
- An excellent communicator with an Intermediate English level
AND YOU WANT TO
- Conduct processes according to defined workflows: interviews, performance reviews, audits, training, etc.
- Serve requestors to meet their needs and expectations
- Monitor process execution and ensure achievement of process goals
- Collect and store processes-related metrics and data for future analysis
- Perform process-related data consolidation and analysis to suggest improvements to existing processes
- Educate process stakeholders on process-related aspects
- Assign experts for process execution based on the request's context and the experts' workload
- Maintain and extend expert networks
- Execute and support department and team-related activities
