Software Development Office is the team that manages Engineering and Technology Expertise. We are a functional Center of Excellence focused on designing and implementing frameworks and corporate processes to support the effectiveness of our associates as individual professionals and team contributors.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in designing, building, and deploying Web applications (5+ years)
• Having excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with one of applied technologies like C++, C, Java, Go
• Skilled in back-end and web best practices related to building scalable Web apps, security, continuous integration, benchmarking, and performance optimization of Web apps
• Adept at common Web architectures like MVVM, MVC, MVP, Layered Architecture, and Clean Architecture
• Strong in leadership and communication with experience leading teams and engaging with senior management
• Analytical with excellent modeling skills to develop elegant and effective solutions
• Demonstrating upper-intermediate English level

• Design and create engineering job standards that are used to evaluate the maturity of engineers' technical level and help engineers to grow by guiding them through the standard
• Design and create engineering technical interview standards and policies to ensure the company gets the best talents from the market and efficiently integrates them into the company's engineering ecosystem and community
• Contribute to engineering learning programs, practices, and materials to ensure that engineers are growing professionally according to industry and company best practices and standards
• Cooperate with professional engineering teams that continuously improve and support engineering standards within the company
• Contribute to engineering best practices applied by engineers on projects to ensure high quality of delivered solutions and engineering team efficiency
