IF YOU ARE
- An experienced professional in consultative sales, customer management, or executive account management with a focus on enterprise and large ISV clients in the security field
- Thriving in fast-paced environments, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, and working effectively with multi-cultural and geographically dispersed teams
- Strong in negotiation, contract management, and a deep understanding of IT consulting, software development, and industry best practices. A professional with leadership skills and expertise in product areas, you drive value creation, manage escalations, and monitor the adoption of best practices
- Having a technical background – solid understanding of software development, IT solutions, and enterprise technology
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of SDLC/PDLC – ability to engage with technical stakeholders and ensure solutions align with best practices
- Experienced in Project and Program Management or System Architecture – proven ability to lead and collaborate with engineering teams
AND YOU WANT TO
- Travel at least 30% to client and team locations
- Lead business development activities, identify new opportunities, and achieve sales and revenue targets
- Develop and maintain a Key Account Plan, leading a comprehensive account strategy based on a deep understanding of the client’s pain points and goals
- Build and grow relationships with decision-makers to increase account revenue and wallet share
- Use personal expertise to uncover client needs and persuasively deliver value propositions for all services offered by SoftServe
- Facilitate opportunity and proposal management activities, conduct client meetings, and monitor progress
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to align with customer goals and drive effective cooperation
- Achieve superior NPS scores by monitoring customer satisfaction and making necessary adjustments
- Expand networks and reputation with clients at all levels, including technology and business executives
- Ensure quality CRM data to enable effective customer retention and business development
- Maintain operational compliance and adhere to company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in professional development activities, including training, certifications, and external accreditation
- Develop a trusted partner relationship by shaping business strategies through collaboration across engineering, business product areas, and BizOps
