The course will help you understand the importance of security and incorporate it into
your work. You will learn how to develop secure software and test it for vulnerabilities.
AFTER THE COURSE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
- create reliable systems using cybersecurity standards and regulatory documents
- work with vulnerability databases to analyze risks and scan networks, hosts, and services for vulnerabilities
- identify web application vulnerabilities following OWASP standards
- use the Linux command line, virtualization tools, and Kali Linux for penetration testing
- analyze network traffic with tcpdump and Wireshark
- protect systems by addressing social engineering techniques
- collect information about targets (individuals or organizations) from open sources using tools like Maltego effectively and responsibly
- detect and prevent SQL injection attacks
- improve Wi-Fi security
- analyze logs in event and information security management systems
