SoftServe Robotics Group is still growing and looking for talented people to join our team. We have more than 30 robotics engineers who are full of passion!
We are working with a client that has multiple agriculture-related projects. One set of projects is devoted to factory digitalization. Here we can touch almost every element from the vertical integration chain – from the work in the field to shipment, food production, and delivery. Another set of projects is focused on indoor robotics where a solution has to be able to manipulate and inspect plants during their lifetime.
The team deals with end-to-end solution delivery, from hardware design and prototype manufacturing – to software architecture design, implementation, and hardware adoption.
IF YOU ARE
- Qualified with a degree in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Familiar with robotics principles, control systems, and algorithms
- Versed in programming languages used in robotics, such as C++ and Python
- Knowledgeable in simulation techniques and familiar with frameworks like MATLAB Simulink, Mathematica, or Modelica
- Collaborative with great communication skills
- Fluent in English at an intermediate level or higher, both spoken and written
- Understanding robotics simulation tools and environments, like IsaacSim or Gazebo (would be a plus)
- Informed about drones (nice to have)
- Familiar with co-simulation standards (FMI/FMU, DCP, SSP), numerical methods, concurrent programming, and component-oriented programming (as a bonus)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Design and develop solutions for various robots, including mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones
- Build both rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions
- Test robotics solutions in simulations and real-world environments
- Design automated robotic systems to enhance production and precision within specific industries
- Conduct regular research on the latest trends and modern approaches in robotics (e.g. navigation, sensing, decision-making, performance of robotic mechanisms)
- Evolve technological stacks in emerging domains
