ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will contribute to the development of modern web applications for a global enterprise platform in the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain. You will join a team modernizing business-critical systems and building intuitive, high-performance user experiences using React and TypeScript.
You will work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, enterprise-scale applications, and cloud-native development practices. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to impactful solutions used by customers worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the development and maintenance of modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Implement user interfaces and frontend features based on business and design requirements
- Build reusable UI components using Ant Design and AG Grid Enterprise
- Develop client-side routing and navigation flows using React Router
- Integrate frontend applications with GraphQL and REST APIs using Apollo Client and Axios
- Implement data visualization components using ECharts
- Contribute to internationalization and localization efforts using i18next
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards
- Support unit testing activities using Vitest and React Testing Library
- Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from team members
- Investigate and troubleshoot frontend issues with support from senior engineers
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Learn and follow software engineering best practices, accessibility standards, and development processes
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic commercial experience, internship experience, or strong academic/personal projects using React and TypeScript
- Understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
- Knowledge of modern React concepts, including functional components, hooks, and state management principles
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development practices
- Understanding of REST APIs and web communication fundamentals
- Basic experience working with JSON data formats
- Familiarity with frontend package managers and build tools
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control concepts
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn modern frontend development technologies and best practices
- English level: Intermediate or higher
- Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Ant Design or similar component libraries (nice to have)
- Exposure to AG Grid or other advanced data table solutions (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Axios and API integration patterns (nice to have)
