About the role
As a Talent Marketing Specialist, you will help shape how people engage with SoftServe — before they join and throughout their journey with us. You will bring our employer brand to life through events, employee programs, and EVP activations. From external partnerships and talent community meetups to corporate events and employee engagement programs and initiatives, your work will help strengthen brand awareness and create experiences people remember.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver external events, sponsorships, and partnerships, including workshops, meetups, and other talent community activities that build brand awareness and strengthen priority talent pools
- Plan and deliver corporate events, including town halls and company celebrations, that strengthen employee engagement and reinforce SoftServe’s culture and values
- Adapt and execute global EVP-aligned programs and activations for the local market
- Ensure employer brand consistency across messaging, visuals, tone of voice, and event experiences
- Track event and program performance, gather feedback, and turn insights into practical improvements
- Bring fresh ideas, test new formats, and help create experiences that feel relevant and distinctly SoftServe
- Collaborate with the Global Employer Brand Center of Excellence, Local People Lead, Legal and Data Privacy teams, and Content and Communications Specialist, as well as with external partners - including event agencies, production vendors, professional communities, and venue providers - to ensure the successful delivery of events and programs
Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years of event management experience, preferably in tech companies
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, tone of voice, EVP activation, and visual consistency
- Demonstrated capability in adapting global EVP-aligned employee initiatives and programs to local market and cultural context
- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail skills
- Strong English language skills
- Experience with platforms like HubSpot; Sapiens is a plus
