ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will create quality and automation processes from scratch, shaping frameworks, test scripts, documentation, and practices that directly impact products for a global omnichannel marketplace. You will work in a customer-facing environment, collaborating with the team to resolve issues, continuously improve processes, and contribute to building new products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supportive team contributing to designing and building new products
- Creating the processes from the scratch and having a straight impact on the products
- Creating and maintaining automation framework modules and test scripts
- Creation and management of documentation, attending meetings as required
- Customer-facing communication
- Fixing and remedying issues together with a brilliant team
- Effective usage of any type of feedback
- Contribution to the continuous process development and loyalty to the team whilst maintaining a high-performance level
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of Java or JavaScript for automation implementation
- Advanced experience with API and services methodologies, GitHub, pipelines, and familiarity with Kafka
- Proven ability to build quality processes and automation processes from scratch using best practices and company standards
- Strong knowledge of test automation strategy and test automation framework implementation from scratch
- Proven ability to create automated tests for smoke, regression, integration, functional E2E, and performance testing
- Advanced experience with quality control activities, including testing user stories, creating test cases, and executing prioritized project flows
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage quality activities across separate projects
- Proven ability to communicate with clients and manage quality processes, progress reports, metrics, and ETAs
- Strong presentation and communication skills in customer-facing environments
