ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be part of the Emerging Technologies Specialised Delivery Unit at SoftServe, working on advanced technology initiatives such as NVIDIA Omniverse and Digital Twin solutions. You will lead pre-sales activities and project delivery, ensuring effective governance, execution, and alignment with business objectives. Your work will bridge innovation and execution, supporting complex, cutting-edge technology projects and contributing to business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead pre-sales activities and project delivery within the Advanced Technologies Group
- Plan, estimate, and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Establish and maintain consistent project management processes based on best practices
- Create and maintain project documentation, including reports and stakeholder updates
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and satisfaction levels
- Lead project teams and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
- Oversee project quality and ensure the effectiveness of the team structure
- Plan iterations, milestones, demos, and resolve project blockers
- Allocate workload effectively across project team members and conduct staffing activities
- Onboard new team members and monitor individual performance
- Manage conflicts within teams and with stakeholders
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Conduct project closure activities, ensuring proper documentation and asset collection
- Contribute to account development and support revenue growth initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in project management or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Traditional and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Office, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SoftServe project management tools (Forecasting Platform, PrEx, PeEx, MCT, etc.)
- Strong multitasking, organisational, and context-switching skills
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing expectations, identifying risks, and resolving issues proactively
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural and distributed setup
