ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead complex fixed‑price engagements within SoftServe’s AI enablement program, focused on on‑prem AI infrastructure and Cisco‑based solutions. You will operate at the intersection of pre‑sales and delivery, coordinating global teams and enterprise customers to ensure predictable execution, secure deployments, and measurable outcomes across multiple regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of fixed‑price projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations while driving customer satisfaction
- Own project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting, working closely with engineering, solution architects, pre‑sales, and partner teams
- Manage high‑exposure customer engagements, building trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders, and handling escalations across regions
- Support pre‑sales phases by structuring delivery scope, estimates, assumptions, and risks to ensure a smooth transition from opportunity to execution
- Orchestrate RFP responses by aligning inputs from engineering, architecture, legal, finance, and PMO teams within defined timelines
- Run multiple parallel initiatives with clear governance, structure, and outcome tracking
- Establish and apply predictable delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices across AI‑ready infrastructure projects
- Contribute to internal enablement initiatives, including delivery playbooks, accelerators, and materials that strengthen SoftServe’s AI value proposition
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience delivering enterprise projects in fixed‑price commercial models
- Background in project management within technology, infrastructure, or AI‑related domains
- Hands‑on experience coordinating RFP processes, including requirements management and cross‑team alignment
- Strong understanding of pre‑sales and delivery lifecycle, including estimation, scope definition, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with structured planning and transparent reporting
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with confidence, handling complex expectations and escalations
- Willingness and ability to undertake mandatory business travel, including international travel, based on project and customer needs
- Experience working in cross‑functional, international environments across multiple time zones
- Proactive, organized mindset with strong communication skills and upper‑intermediate or higher English proficiency
