ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager / Business Analyst, you will help clients turn business ideas into successful digital products and solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and decision-makers, you will lead discovery activities, define product requirements, and ensure business goals are translated into clear priorities and actionable outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping solutions from concept through delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering activities to understand business objectives and user needs
- Translate business challenges into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements
- Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring priorities align with business goals and delivery objectives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA engineers, and UX/UI specialists throughout the product lifecycle
- Support product planning, scope definition, release preparation, and decision-making activities
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and facilitate stakeholder feedback and acceptance
- Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities, proactively driving resolution and alignment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product management and business analysis practices across projects
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar client-facing role
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business analysis, process modeling, and solution definition
- Proven ability to lead discovery activities, workshops, and stakeholder discussions in complex environments
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product delivery processes
- Practical experience managing backlogs, defining user stories, and creating acceptance criteria
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools
- Availability to travel to the Middle East for up to two weeks per month
