ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will own the roadmap, requirements, and delivery for a dedicated functional stream within next-generation Physical AI platform. Working at the intersection of AI, robotics, simulation, digital twins, and industrial automation, you will shape product direction while bridging business strategy and technical execution.
You will collaborate with engineering, AI, robotics, and business stakeholders to transform complex customer and platform requirements into scalable product capabilities, ensuring measurable business impact and successful product delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for a dedicated product area, from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
- Lead product discovery by understanding customer needs, business objectives, operational workflows, and technical constraints
- Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Physical AI and industrial automation solutions
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across product, engineering, AI, robotics, simulation, and business teams
- Prioritize backlog items and manage trade-offs to maximize business value while balancing technical feasibility and scalability
- Partner closely with architects and engineering teams to translate product strategy into scalable technical solutions
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify product opportunities and inform roadmap decisions
- Partner with AI and data management teams to define capabilities and limitations
- Define product success metrics, KPIs, and validation criteria, and use data to continuously improve product success
- Support product launches by contributing to release planning, product technical specification, and customer-facing messaging
- Champion Agile product management practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and iterative delivery
- Keep to working hours till around 8 PM and occasional travel
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in combined Product Management and Business Analysis roles, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in delivering products in one or more of the following domains: AI/ML, robotics, autonomous systems, simulation, digital twins, industrial automation, or manufacturing technology
- Strong understanding of the challenges of deploying AI-enabled software in industrial or physical environments
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system integration, data pipelines, APIs, and hardware-software interaction
- Experience defining product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and engineering perspectives
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional Scrum teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps (as a a plus)
