ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead strategic product engagements with enterprise and digital-native clients, connecting business objectives with execution to deliver scalable digital products and services. You will own product strategy and roadmap definition while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams. Your work will drive measurable growth, innovation, and product-centric transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic engagements with C-level stakeholders to define product direction, align priorities, and accelerate value delivery across client organizations
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals to improve market positioning and enable measurable growth in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to reduce delivery risks
- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions using design thinking and service design frameworks to shape impactful product solutions
- Manage and prioritize complex backlogs to maximize business value while maintaining architectural integrity
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and global teams to ensure seamless product delivery and successful launches
- Drive organizational transformation by aligning operating models, processes, and tools with product-centric ways of working
- Contribute to practice development by creating reusable assets, sharing expertise, and supporting innovation initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced experience in product strategy, product management, or digital consulting (5–7+ years)
- Strong knowledge of product operating models, agile delivery, and product strategy consulting
- Advanced experience with modern product frameworks such as design thinking, service design, and design sprints
- Strong knowledge of backlog management tools and managing complex, multi-layered backlogs
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic insights and business case development
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences in written and verbal formats
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure work independently in ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to present and tell compelling stories using data and market insights
- Strong curiosity about technology and its impact on business competitiveness
