ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will help shape cloud-native healthcare solutions that support safer patient care and operational excellence. Your contribution will have a direct impact on building secure, reliable, and user-friendly software that provides healthcare professionals with critical operational insights and supports evolving business needs through high-quality engineering practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and React to deliver scalable solutions that support evolving business and product requirements
- Build and maintain backend services, microservices, and REST APIs, taking ownership of secure, reliable, and maintainable application capabilities that enable enterprise software
- Develop responsive, reusable, and intuitive user interfaces using React while supporting a consistent and user-focused experience across the application
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes within AWS cloud environments to support scalable and reliable software delivery
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend and backend issues
- Contribute to architectural discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and software delivery efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in full-stack software engineering, including hands-on development of enterprise-grade or SaaS applications
- Advanced proficiency with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core
- Strong experience developing modern web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, component-based development, and responsive UI design
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, REST API design, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and relational or NoSQL databases
- Solid experience working in Agile delivery environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical challenges and deliver effective solutions across frontend and backend components
- Strong hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development while maintaining high engineering standards
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Previous experience with healthcare, compliance, security-focused, or other regulated-industry products is considered an advantage
