About the Role
In this role, you will design and develop advanced robotics and mechatronics solutions for real-world applications. You will contribute to the entire development lifecycle of robotic systems, from concept development and prototyping through testing, validation, and deployment, while working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robotic and mechatronic systems, including mobile robots and robotic manipulators
- Create and validate prototypes as well as production-ready solutions
- Develop embedded software for ARM-based platforms and RTOS environments
- Integrate electronics, sensors, actuators, motor control, and power systems into robotic platforms
- Perform simulation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of robotic systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Research and evaluate emerging robotics technologies and industry trends
- Support technical pre-sales, workshops, client presentations, and product development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Experience designing and developing complex robotics or mechatronics systems
- Strong knowledge of electronics design, PCB development, hardware integration, and embedded systems
- Proficiency in C++ and Python
- Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers (e.g., STM32), RTOS, sensors, motor control, and control systems
- Familiarity with robotics principles, algorithms, and industry standards such as ANSI, ISO, and CE
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with professional English proficiency
- Experience with FPGA development, industrial robots, PLC/SCADA systems, or mechanical/electrical design tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, EPLAN, Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, UR, Siemens, or Beckhoff (nice to have)
