ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will help build capability across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate as an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform Trainer. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys empowering others through a combination of training, coaching, and hands-on support, while helping organizations adopt low-code technologies in a structured and sustainable way.
A key part of the role is helping colleagues turn ideas into valuable business solutions. You will support the development of low-code applications that improve productivity and solve real business challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver practical training to colleagues on building agents in Copilot Studio, apps in Power Apps and automations in Power Automate
- Teach colleagues how to work within client’s guidance, governance models, approved environments and platform guardrails
- Provide hands-on support to help colleagues troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs and improve existing solutions
- Create reusable templates, example solutions, guides and learning materials to accelerate good quality builds
- Run demonstrations, workshops, live build sessions and drop-in support sessions for colleagues and maker communities
- Review colleague ideas and provide feedback on where opportunities are suitable for self-serve build, further incubation or strategic technology development
- Support the capture and shaping of use cases, helping the team build a clearer demand funnel for future Power Platform and Copilot Studio investment
- Engage with client’s maker community and champion groups to increase awareness, confidence and responsible adoption
- Help grow the number and capability of community champions who can support learning and adoption in their own areas
- Promote best practice in solution design, maintenance, support readiness, responsible AI use and sustainable ownership
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Senior Power Platform developer, with practical delivery experience across Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong troubleshooting skills, diagnosing issues, fixing bugs and coaching colleagues through technical problems
- Skill in explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical and mixed-ability audiences
- Experience in delivering training, workshops or coaching sessions, supporting citizen development in a large organization
- Confidence in creating practical learning content, reusable assets and examples that improve consistency and speed of delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills in encouraging safe experimentation while recognizing when use cases should be escalated for strategic or tech-owned delivery
