Senior Industry Success Consultant (Physical AI)

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will lead the product and requirements dimension of physical AI initiatives for Life Sciences clients. Working within SoftServe’s HCLS Business Consulting Group, you will bridge operational industry knowledge with engineering delivery, shaping intelligent, hardware‑integrated solutions that drive measurable improvements in regulated environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the product and requirements workstream for physical AI engagements, owning backlog, priorities, and delivery focus while working closely with client stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Translate Life Sciences operational needs into clear, actionable requirements that improve performance, compliance, and scalability across physical AI solutions
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and operational assessments to identify root causes of inefficiencies and define data‑driven improvement opportunities
  • Analyze and model client business processes using BPMN and workflow analysis, supporting the definition of future‑state operating models and capabilities
  • Define, document, and manage business requirements through use cases, functional decomposition, and user stories, ensuring scope clarity and lifecycle alignment
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners during solution design, contributing deep operational and regulatory expertise
  • Build a strong understanding of assigned client accounts, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities to expand delivered value
  • Contribute to client‑specific points of view and support RFP and RFI proposal development

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences, regulated manufacturing, or supply chain environments in product management or business analysis roles
  • Hands‑on experience with physical AI, robotics, intelligent automation, or hardware‑integrated intelligent systems in operational or regulated settings
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements lifecycle management, and structured elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and change management practices
  • Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes using BPMN and related workflow analysis tools
  • Solid understanding of Life Sciences regulatory, quality, and operational constraints and industry challenges
  • Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and systemic thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional environments
  • Upper‑intermediate or higher English proficiency for professional client interaction
