ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will design and deliver an agentic engineering framework that supports software development from initial concept through production deployment. You will combine senior full-stack expertise with practical knowledge of Gen AI frameworks, AI-assisted development, and modern delivery methods to build enterprise solutions for financial and product cost optimization. You will have ownership of technical decisions while working with a distributed delivery team on a complex client solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement an agentic engineering framework that supports software creation from requirements analysis and planning through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Build scalable full-stack solutions that integrate Gen AI capabilities, LLM-based services, and AI engineering tools into enterprise workflows
- Apply modern LLMs and AI-assisted development approaches to accelerate delivery, improve developer productivity, and enhance solution quality
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, engineering standards, and reusable components for secure and maintainable AI-enabled products
- Prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI-assisted development workflows, validating their reliability, scalability, and suitability for enterprise use
- Analyze product backlogs, estimate delivery effort, decompose complex features, and identify technical dependencies and implementation risks
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and delivery teams to validate concepts and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
- Own technical delivery from solution design and implementation through CI/CD, production deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of commercial software development experience, including senior-level responsibility for full-stack solution design and delivery
- Strong expertise in front-end and back-end engineering using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable modern application technologies
- Experience designing scalable end-to-end architectures, integration patterns, APIs, and maintainable enterprise software solutions
- Practical experience integrating LLM-based systems, AI engineering tools, and Gen AI frameworks such as LangChain into business applications
- Knowledge of agentic systems, AI-assisted engineering workflows, prompt and context design, model evaluation, and production reliability considerations
- Experience using advanced LLMs such as Opus or comparable models within structured software engineering and delivery workflows
- Understanding of code quality practices, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and production deployment
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher for explaining technical decisions and collaborating effectively within a distributed team
