ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will drive the design and delivery of advanced Generative AI solutions across the full lifecycle, from discovery to production deployment. You will operate within SoftServe’s AI and Data Science Center of Excellence, contributing to large-scale, impact-driven AI initiatives for global clients. Your work will advance innovation in language generation and applied AI while shaping scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain close collaboration with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to accelerate the productization and integration of machine learning pipelines into enterprise environments
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and language models to enable high-impact, AI-powered content generation solutions across client projects
- Communicate and collaborate with global enterprise clients to align AI capabilities with business needs and measurable outcomes
- Build scalable AI infrastructure and delivery processes that improve solution reliability, reusability, and deployment efficiency
- Contribute to cross-functional AI initiatives that leverage multidisciplinary expertise to reduce delivery risk and increase solution impact
- Apply modern AI tools and platforms to support experimentation, deployment, and continuous improvement across projects
- Participate in internal and external knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen AI practices and industry presence
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, NLP techniques, and large-scale transformer and diffusion models, including GPT-class and open-source LLMs
- Advanced experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch across model development and deployment
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, including experimentation, operationalization, and cloud-based deployment
- Advanced experience with fine-tuning and applying deep learning models for text and image generation use cases
- Proven ability to lead AI initiatives and translate advanced technical concepts into business-relevant solutions
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills in collaborative, client-facing environments
- Proven ability to communicate professionally in English at an upper-intermediate business level
