About the Role
In this role, you will shape how world-leading clients adopt and scale AI, lead pre-sales engagements, define AI roadmaps, and deliver compelling workshops as part of SoftServe's AI and Data Science Center of Excellence.
Working at the intersection of strategy and technology, you'll drive measurable business outcomes for clients across industries, including Retail, Finance, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
This is a US-based role with an anticipated annual base salary range of $144,000–$204,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities, including client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and position AI-driven solutions across industries such as Retail, Finance, Healthcare, and Manufacturing
- Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps and strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) and GCP (Vertex AI)
- Facilitate technical and business workshops to align AI strategies with client objectives, translating complex AI concepts for both technical and executive audiences
- Design and lead the creation of AI demos and reusable solutions that showcase the potential of Generative AI and ML-driven technologies
- Engage with key technology partners such as AWS and GCP to define go-to-market strategies and promote SoftServe's AI capabilities
- Prepare compelling presentations and materials that articulate SoftServe's AI expertise and offerings to diverse stakeholder audiences
- Present at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build thought leadership and showcase innovative AI solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI consulting, with a proven track record in AI/ML strategy and solution delivery
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI, including foundational models, LLMs, and technical implementation methodologies
- Strong understanding of cloud AI toolstacks, including AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) and GCP (Vertex AI), with hands-on experience in MLOps pipelines
- Proven ability to lead technical and business workshops, aligning AI strategies with client objectives and measurable outcomes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to diverse audiences, including executives
- Creative ability to design repeatable, scalable AI solution frameworks and contribute to go-to-market materials
- Experience in AI/ML research to inform and accelerate innovative solution development
- Familiarity with NVIDIA's AI ecosystem and toolstack
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both spoken and written
