About the role
In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of advanced agentic AI solutions, helping transform emerging AI technologies into scalable, real-world applications. You will work closely with engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to prototype new ideas, validate technical approaches, and support enterprise AI adoption through innovative engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative agentic AI solutions across diverse application domains
- Build and optimize AI-driven systems using modern software engineering and AI development practices
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies aligned with business and market needs
- Prototype and deliver advanced technical demos and proof-of-concept solutions for new research areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI system capabilities, scalability, and performance
- Contribute to the integration and operationalization of LLM-based and agentic AI systems
- Present technical work and research outcomes at conferences, meetups, and industry events
- Consult internal and external stakeholders on AI technologies, trends, and solution strategies
- Support business development initiatives through research, presales activities, technical presentations, and innovation workshops
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Deep Learning engineering
- Strong software engineering skills using Python and/or C++, Java, or Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
- Experience with AI development frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, or similar ecosystems
- Ability to design, build, and reason about agentic AI systems beyond simple API consumption
- Proven Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in verbal and written English at an upper-intermediate level
- Knowledge of advanced prompting techniques, such as Chain-of-Thought or Tree-of-Thought reasoning
- Skilled in building scalable backend services and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI
