Our experienced team of experts focuses on optimization, modeling, and simulation projects in the robotics domain.
IF YOU ARE
- Holding a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Seasoned in robotics system architecture, with deep knowledge of control systems, algorithms, and end-to-end integration patterns
- Proficient in programming languages C++ and/or Python, with a track record of designing scalable, production-grade robotics software
- Authoritative in the ROS2 framework, defining standards and best practices for its use across teams
- Experienced in architecting solutions across multiple robotic domains (mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, AMRs, etc.)
- Familiar with cloud infrastructure and IoT integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deployment pipelines for robotics workloads
- Analytical, with a strong mathematical foundation and a systems-thinking mindset
- Visionary technical leader who can translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable robotics architectures
- Communicative, presenting architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on with simulation environments such as IsaacSim, Gazebo, or similar platforms at an architectural level
- Knowledgeable in SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, Visual, Radar, GPS), localization, mapping, path planning, and trajectory planning for robotic arms (MoveIt2)
- Skilled in defining and governing hardware-software co-design, including real-time computation, motor control, and electromechanical system integration
- Versed in industrial automation ecosystems: IoT, ARM development (e.g., STM32), RTOS, PLCs, and SCADA systems
- Proven in technical pre-sales capabilities: solution scoping, architecture presentations, and conducting client-facing workshops
- Grounded in defining integration standards for multi-robot and multi-vendor environments
AND YOU WANT TO
- Define and own the technical architecture for complex, multi-system robotics solutions spanning mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and beyond
- Lead the design of scalable, reusable integration frameworks that bridge robotics systems with cloud services and enterprise platforms
- Guide engineering teams through the full lifecycle - from rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept to production-ready deployments
- Set technical standards, design patterns, and best practices across the Team
- Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and platforms to advance the team's robotics stack
- Drive research into emerging robotics trends and translate findings into actionable architectural decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations to align architectural vision with business goals
- Mentor senior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
