Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will own the full product lifecycle – from shaping vision and validating ideas with real customers to launching and optimizing solutions that drive growth for Fortune 500 clients. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders as part of SoftServe's global Center of Excellence team.

This is a fully remote, US-based position with an anticipated base salary range of $106,600–$180,400 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and own the product roadmap, translating market insights and customer needs into prioritized initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Lead hypothesis-driven product discovery and validation, ensuring solutions achieve product-market fit before scaling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product launches on time and within scope
  • Shape and communicate product vision and strategy to executive stakeholders, aligning product decisions with company goals
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform UI/UX decisions and continuously improve the customer experience
  • Analyze product metrics and growth data using analytics tools to guide decisions and identify optimization opportunities
  • Drive customer acquisition strategy by defining buying journeys, refining value propositions, and supporting pre-sales efforts
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic background with a master's degree or higher in computer science, a related technical field, or business
  • 3+ years of experience in software product management in enterprise or international environments, including ownership of full product lifecycle from discovery to launch
  • Strong proficiency with product management and analytics tools such as Aha, Productboard, Jira, or BI platforms, with hands-on experience in roadmap planning and data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced experience in hypothesis-driven product development, including user research, usability testing, and product-market fit validation
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and project management practices, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
  • Proven track record of cross-functional stakeholder management, including executive-level communication, negotiation, and alignment across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear product strategy
  • Comfortable working proficiency in English to lead presentations, write documentation, and communicate with clients
