ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will translate complex industrial and robotics use cases into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment between hardware, software, and overall solution architecture. You will own the requirements lifecycle for your stream while collaborating with architects and product leadership to drive delivery. Your work will enable reliable, scalable Physical AI solutions across high-impact industrial environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and define requirements for your stream, translating industrial use cases into specifications to ensure alignment with architects and delivery teams while reducing implementation risk
- Partner with Product Managers to shape roadmap priorities and trade-offs, improving product outcomes through alignment with business and technical stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize the backlog in Azure DevOps to enable efficient delivery and ensure readiness for development in collaboration with Scrum teams
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering software features and physical system interactions
- Define requirements for Edge Data ETL processes to ensure reliable data flow between machinery and processing systems
- Validate stream-level solutions with project architects to ensure consistency with the broader Physical AI and robotics architecture
- Drive Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes to maintain team velocity and product quality
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with Scrum Masters, Team Leads, and other Product Analysts to manage dependencies and alignment
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of product analysis and requirements management within industrial or automation environments (3+ years)
- Advanced experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum, including backlog management in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Strong knowledge of Physical AI concepts, robotics software development, and Edge Data ETL processes
- Proven ability to decompose complex system requirements into structured, actionable tasks
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, managing stakeholder expectations across technical and business audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure work independently in complex environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment
- Strong teamwork and proactive mindset in multidisciplinary environments
