ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will act as a strategic procurement partner within a global organization, ensuring financial integrity and full policy compliance from request to payment. You will navigate complex back-office processes so business and technical teams can stay focused on innovation, while you own procurement outcomes across assigned business functions and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring compliant sourcing, contracting, and purchasing that supports business goals and operational efficiency
- Own commercial negotiations and pricing discussions, securing market-competitive rates while balancing risk, value, and long-term vendor relationships
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to route contracts, issue POs in Coupa, and ensure timely system commitments
- Manage the full procure-to-pay lifecycle in Coupa, maintaining accurate contract metadata, service dates, and renewal terms to support accruals and month-end close
- Enforce procurement policies, including the No PO, No Pay mandate and mandatory intake and vetting for all software and SaaS purchases
- Act as the receipt gate by validating service delivery with requestors and enabling accurate three-way matching for invoice payment
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned functions such as Marketing, IT, HR, or RevOps, aligning on scope and expectations before project kickoff
- Resolve vendor service and billing issues, applying vendor scorecards and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Work within US business hours to ensure real-time support of global operations
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Strong hands-on expertise with P2P systems, with Coupa experience preferred or similar platforms such as Ariba or NetSuite
- Solid financial and commercial knowledge, including contract terms, three-way matching, accruals, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage the full procurement lifecycle, from intake and negotiation to PO issuance and invoice resolution
- Experience working with global stakeholders and vendors across multiple categories, including software, SaaS, and professional services
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence influencing VPs and department heads
- High attention to detail, accountability, and a compliance-oriented mindset
