IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in an office manager, front office manager, or administrative assistant role with around 1 year of relevant practice
  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or property administration
  • Knowledgeable in office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Holding a valid driving license
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and Outlook
  • Strong in time management, multitasking, and problem-solving
  • Attentive to detail and effective in prioritization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks under pressure
  • Confident in communication in English at an upper-intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work a fixed schedule from 10:00 to 19:00
  • Manage facility vendors, including cleaning, catering, post, and security services
  • Maintain office space by reporting damages and arranging orders of furniture, supplies, and materials required for daily operations
  • Support front desk activities by receiving visitors, preparing conference rooms, and arranging visits
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Schedule group meetings, maintain calendars, conduct research, and create reports
  • Manage contracts and support price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office leases in cooperation with legal and finance teams
  • Develop and implement office policies by establishing procedures and standards for office operations
  • Support office financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, planning expenditures, analyzing variances, and applying corrections
  • Participate in regular operational meetings with the DevCenter Director or Country Managers and other operations teams
