ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will drive experimentation and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target, helping transform business goals into measurable outcomes. You’ll join a long-term engagement focused on optimizing digital customer experiences through data-driven testing, audience targeting, and personalization strategies. Working closely with analytics, UX, and engineering teams, you will influence product and marketing decisions through actionable experiment insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, configure, launch, and monitor Adobe Target activities across web experiences to support experimentation and personalization goals
- Translate business objectives into clear testing hypotheses, success metrics, audience definitions, and optimization roadmaps
- Collaborate with analytics specialists, UX designers, developers, and product stakeholders within Agile teams to deliver high-quality experiments
- Build and manage A/B tests, Multivariate Tests, Experience Targeting, Automated Personalization, Auto-Allocate, and Auto-Target activities
- Analyze experiment performance, interpret statistical results, and provide data-backed recommendations for future optimization opportunities
- Implement and validate targeting logic, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies using Adobe Target capabilities
- Conduct end-to-end quality assurance of experiments before launch, leveraging browser developer tools and Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger
- Support continuous improvement of experimentation processes, ensuring reliable execution, accurate measurement, and business impact
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target in enterprise environments, including at least 1 year of practical work delivering experimentation and personalization initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Target activity types, including A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, Experience Targeting, Automated Personalization, Auto-Allocate, and Auto-Target
- Advanced experience with Adobe Target implementations using at.js and/or Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, along with Adobe Tags (Launch)
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for experiment development, page customization, flicker mitigation, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of experiment design methodologies, including hypothesis creation, audience definition, sample size estimation, and statistical significance analysis
- Practical experience with Adobe Analytics integration (Analytics for Target), reporting, and analysis within Analysis Workspace
- Advanced skills in experiment validation, troubleshooting, and debugging using browser developer tools and Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English with the ability to communicate clearly in meetings, document solutions, and collaborate with international stakeholders
