ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will contribute to delivering a Twilio-based clinical communication platform replacing Genesys PureConnect. You will work within a mature microservices ecosystem, ensuring inbound call intents are accurately handled, routed, and dispatched across healthcare workflows while maintaining clinical reliability and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive development and validation of inbound call intent scenarios, ensuring correct routing, context collection, and communication delivery across microservices
- Own quality outcomes for delivered stories, ensuring test coverage, reliability, and compliance with defined engineering and testing standards
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA automation engineers, and stakeholders to align on testing strategies and clinical workflow expectations
- Design and implement unit and integration tests alongside feature development, committing them within the same pull request
- Develop and maintain Bruno API tests with .NET or Postman equivalents to validate story-level functionality and integrations
- Contribute to cross-service end-to-end test coverage where required, ensuring seamless orchestration and interaction across services
- Ensure all tests pass in DEV and QA environments before marking stories as complete, maintaining delivery quality
- Analyze defects, identify gaps in test coverage, and implement regression tests to prevent recurrence of production issues
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4 years of experience in a Test Automation role (.NET)
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Bruno or Postman and .NET-based test development
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API integrations, and distributed systems testing
- Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud communication platforms such as Twilio or similar
- Knowledge of structured test frameworks, test design strategies, and regression coverage practices
- Ability to work with existing codebases and adapt to mature system architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective collaboration skills for working in cross-functional engineering teams
- Clear communication and ability to follow structured, process-driven workflows
