ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join our research team to explore emerging technologies and turn innovative ideas into practical solutions for clients. In this role, you will drive applied research across AI, computer vision, CGI, CAD, and 3D technologies, contributing to proofs-of-concept, technology demonstrations, and client-facing initiatives. You will work at the intersection of research, engineering, and business consulting, helping shape new technology directions and bringing advanced concepts into real-world implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research, validate technical approaches, and build feasibility studies and proofs-of-concept to evaluate emerging technologies and their business value
- Own the end-to-end research lifecycle, from hypothesis formulation and experimentation to implementation, documentation, and academic presentation of results
- Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver innovative solutions that address complex technical and business challenges
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technology trends in AI, computer vision, machine learning, CGI, CAD, and 3D development based on market and client needs
- Create advanced prototypes, technical demonstrations, and technology showcases that communicate the potential of new solutions and research outcomes
- Support internal and external consulting activities by advising clients and teams on technologies, architectures, industry trends, and implementation strategies
- Participate in business development initiatives, including presentations, workshops, technology discussions, and solution proposal activities
- Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and research events, presenting achievements, engaging with industry professionals, and contributing to academic and innovation partnerships
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or another related exact science discipline, with preference for CGI or CAD-related specializations
- Hands-on experience with Computer Vision/Machine Learning/Generative AI/Large Language Models
- Practical programming experience with Python or C++ and solid understanding of modern software development practices
- Experience working with CGI frameworks, CAD platforms such as Autodesk Inventor, FreeCAD, or OpenCAD, and modern graphics pipelines
- Experience developing applications with 3D engines and tools such as Unreal Engine or Blender
- Understanding of research methodologies, academic collaboration processes, and modern software business environments
- Academic contributions through research projects, case studies, publications, open-source initiatives, or similar activities
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher and the ability to work independently while contributing to multidisciplinary teams
