About the role
We are seeking an Intermediate Power Apps Engineer to build and support business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud, and Power Automate Desktop. You will work with business stakeholders to turn manual processes into reliable, maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps
- Build cloud flows for approvals, notifications, data processing, and system integrations
- Create and support Power Automate Desktop flows for repetitive desktop and legacy-system tasks
- Connect solutions to Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other business systems
- Gather requirements, document designs, test solutions, and support releases
- Troubleshoot failures, monitor flow performance, and improve existing automations
- Apply security, data governance, and Power Platform development standards
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end users
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud, and Power Automate Desktop
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, connectors, and API integrations
- Experience handling errors, logging, and troubleshooting automated workflows
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Microsoft Power Platform certification, such as PL-400 or PL-500 is an advantage
- Experience with solution packaging, environment management, and deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Power Fx, SQL, or Azure services is a plus
