ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights that enable informed business decisions. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, you will transform complex financial and operational data into intuitive dashboards, scalable data models, and actionable analytics while contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's analytics ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key financial and business metrics
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to transform, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple business and financial systems
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
- Validate and reconcile financial data across multiple platforms, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to support data modeling, architecture, and enterprise data warehouse initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify revenue drivers, cost optimization opportunities, and financial performance trends
- Communicate analytical findings and data-driven recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, data quality, and self-service analytics capabilities
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Financial Analytics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets, performing complex joins, and optimizing query performance
- Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions and communicating insights to business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and accuracy
- Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling is a plus
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting is a plus
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Experience working with financial systems or supporting Finance and FP&A teams (is a plus)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks (is a plus)
- Power BI experience (would be a plus)
