ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team focused on supporting enterprise client solutions after successful project deployment, ensuring platforms remain stable, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs. In this role, you will combine application support, system operations, and technical troubleshooting skills to maintain system health, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality post-go-live support across global environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor production environments, proactively investigating system health indicators, performance alerts, and operational issues to maintain platform availability and reliability
- Own day-to-day support activities, resolving routine incidents, implementing low-risk technical changes, and minimizing business disruption for enterprise clients
- Collaborate closely with implementation engineers and project teams to rapidly absorb solution context, client workflows, and business processes following deployment
- Analyze, navigate, and troubleshoot existing codebases to identify root causes, apply hotfixes, and address standard application-level defects
- Act as the first technical point of contact during incidents, performing effective triage and escalating complex architectural or engineering issues when required
- Support cloud-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of containerized environments, deployment pipelines, and integrated services
- Leverage monitoring, logging, and observability tools to detect anomalies, investigate trends, and improve operational visibility across supported systems
- Participate in a shift-based support model, maintaining clear documentation, seamless handovers, and professional communication with enterprise customers and internal teams
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, technical application support, systems operations, or a related field
- Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot applications built with modern technologies such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Java
- Basic hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of containerization technologies, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD concepts
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or Splunk
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions in fast-paced environments
- High adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to quickly understand new systems, processes, and business domains
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including confidence in customer-facing support interactions, ticket management, and shift handovers
