ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will collaborate with delivery units, sales teams, and clients to drive quality consulting initiatives, shape testing strategies, support pre-sales activities, and promote the adoption of Gen AI solutions within quality engineering practices. You will be a quality consultant and Gen AI advocate, helping scale modern quality engineering capabilities across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Quality Consulting and Gen AI initiatives, helping delivery teams and clients define effective quality strategies and testing approaches
- Drive the adoption and scaling of Gen AI expertise across the organization, promoting best practices and practical business applications
- Partner closely with Delivery Units, Project Managers, Sales teams, and client stakeholders to support service delivery and achieve successful business outcomes
- Support the Expert Services Offering pipeline through assessments, discovery activities, proposal preparation, solution design, and proof-of-concept execution
- Establish, enhance, and optimize test automation practices, frameworks, and quality engineering processes across multiple engagements
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored quality engineering and Gen AI solutions that address technical and business challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in quality engineering initiatives
- Balance consulting activities, portfolio development, knowledge sharing, presentations, and ongoing support for quality and Gen AI practices
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in Test Automation Engineering with Playwright and TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python
- Proven experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch
- Hands-on expertise in API testing across web, mobile, and service-based applications
- Strong background in establishing and improving Quality Engineering practices, particularly in Test Automation and Gen AI adoption
- Experience supporting the full service offering lifecycle, including pre-sales, proposal creation, assessments, TA Vision activities, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Practical knowledge of generative AI technologies and language models such as GPT, including adapting them for specific business use cases
- Strong prompt engineering skills and experience optimizing outputs from AI tools while integrating them into workflows and delivery processes
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered coding assistants for code generation, debugging, and development acceleration
- Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and client environments
