ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will shape how quality engineering delivers impact by driving scalable automation and smarter testing practices through AI-assisted tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, influencing decisions and contributing to pre-sales efforts. Your work will elevate product quality, accelerate delivery, and strengthen engineering outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute testing strategies for Agentic AI solutions, validating autonomous behavior and reasoning workflows to ensure system reliability while collaborating with AI engineers and product teams
- Analyze client ecosystems, tools, and delivery pipelines to define quality approaches that reduce risk and improve performance in partnership with stakeholders and delivery teams
- Build and maintain automated test suites using modern QA tools and AI-enabled frameworks to accelerate delivery and enhance product quality across cross-functional environments
- Implement testing practices for AI systems, including prompt validation, model behavior evaluation, and output consistency checks using Python-based tooling or similar
- Strengthen quality gates within AI consulting engagements, improving system robustness and reliability across different solution stages
- Collaborate with distributed teams of engineers, researchers, and product owners to align testing strategies with business and technical goals
- Lead discovery workshops, technical discussions, and pre-sales activities, contributing insights into testing approaches and solution feasibility
- Drive the adoption of emerging AI testing practices and integrate them into engineering standards to continuously improve delivery quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced experience in test automation with 5+ years in quality engineering, building and scaling automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Strong knowledge of automation strategies, including test design, execution, and maintenance across complex, distributed systems
- Proven expertise in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Hands-on experience applying AI-assisted tools to enhance testing efficiency, defect detection, and analysis workflows
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality engineering best practices in Agile environments
- Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting technical solutions, leading discussions, and supporting pre-sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor engineers within quality or automation streams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills in English for daily collaboration, documentation, and interaction with client stakeholders
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
