ABOUT THE ROLE
You will Join the team as a Senior QA / Test Automation Engineer, ensuring quality across information systems supporting competition processes in one of the European oragnization. You will combine hands-on automation with QA governance, test strategy, performance testing, risk management, and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain QA procedures, strategies, test plans, SLAs, and KPIs
- Lead test automation, campaigns, quality assessments, audits, and reporting
- Analyze defects, quality metrics, and risks and drive corrective actions
- Apply risk-based testing and promote ISO 9001/CMMI quality practices
- Communicate quality status, risks, and recommendations to technical and management stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of software testing experience
- 8+ years of test automation development experience
- Strong Java automation experience with RestAssured, TestNG, JUnit, and Log4j
- Strong experience with Selenium
- Experience with ExtentReports, Allure, or ReportPortal
- Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Mocha
- Knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL, and Oracle
- 8+ years of relational database test data management experience
- 10+ years of information systems lifecycle knowledge
- 10+ years of software development methodology experience, including Agile
- 10+ years of experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools
- Experience with Postman and Jira
- 5+ years of performance/load testing experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC practices, testing techniques, and risk-based testing
- Experience implementing or auditing ISO 9001, CMMI, or similar quality standards
- Knowledge of IT systems testing related to investigative market competition policies
- Experience with highly customizable multi-user IT application questionnaires
- Strong reporting, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- English at B2 level or higher; French will be a plus
- ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent certification is mandatory
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or ITIL Foundation 4 will be a plus
