About the role
In this role, you will drive quality assurance initiatives across software projects delivered to our clients. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Release teams, you will define testing strategies, establish quality standards, and influence key quality decisions throughout the development lifecycle. Your expertise will help ensure reliable releases, effective automation practices, and continuous quality improvement across complex solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead test planning, execution, and quality assurance activities
- Define and maintain test strategy, scope, and coverage based on business and technical requirements
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Ensure effective defect management and resolution processes
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Release teams to ensure product quality
- Drive test automation adoption and quality improvement initiatives
- Support release readiness and quality sign-off activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
- Experience leading testing efforts for complex software products
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
- Understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management abilities
- Available to travel for up to two weeks per month
