About the role
In this role you will lead the technical delivery of new Professional Services Automation (PSA) modules on top of an existing corporate financial platform, owning architecture, .NET/Angular development, and guiding a dedicated engineering workstream. You will work on a product that supports forecasting, budgeting, and pricing, leading the PSA stream focused on resource management while collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and QA in an Agile team.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of PSA modules, including planning, ensuring consistent implementation and reliable functionality
- Define the architecture and technical approach for the PSA workstream to ensure scalable design and effective delivery of PSA capabilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the core platform team to ensure PSA modules integrate seamlessly with the existing financial platform
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce best practices, and support maintainable implementation across the PSA workstream
- Set and uphold engineering standards that guide development practices and ensure consistency across the team’s deliverables
- Mentor engineers on the team, supporting technical growth and improving overall engineering effectiveness
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and backlog refinement to support organized delivery within the PSA workstream
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET Core (C#) with 5+ years of hands-on development experience
- Strong proficiency with Angular (v12+) for building modern, scalable front-end applications
- Practical experience with RESTful API design and development in distributed web applications
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core for data access and ORM-based application design
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases, including schema design, querying, and performance considerations
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture practices for maintainable and scalable systems
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Comfortable working proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Practical experience with PSA platforms or related domains such as resource management, time tracking, billing, or utilization (nice-to-have)
