Junior Talent Sourcer

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will support pipeline generation by sourcing and engaging candidates across global markets, using modern sourcing tools, research, and market analytics. You will map talent pools, maintain sourcing data, and help recruiters connect with the right specialists faster. Your work will directly support hiring teams, strengthen talent pipelines and Market understanding, and build your expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential candidates using job boards, databases, and sourcing tools to build and maintain a steady talent pipeline
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and improve sourcing effectiveness by applying Boolean and keyword search techniques across sourcing platforms
  • Collaborate with recruiters by sharing researched talent insights and candidate pipeline updates to support sourcing strategy and pipeline planning
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates using structured messaging approaches to increase engagement and response rates
  • Maintain communication with prospects during the early stages of the hiring process to support candidate interest and engagement
  • Maintain candidate pipelines by updating sourcing systems and tracking candidate interactions to ensure pipeline visibility and data accuracy
  • Monitor response rates and sourcing activity metrics to support performance tracking and sourcing effectiveness analysis
  • Conduct market and talent research by gathering data on talent availability and competitor landscape to support sourcing strategies
  • Follow defined sourcing workflows and data handling practices to ensure process consistency and compliance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Practical experience with candidate sourcing across multiple platforms, including at least 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment support
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and structured search methods to identify and target relevant candidates
  • Basic experience with research and analysis of talent markets to support sourcing strategies and candidate identification
  • Proficiency in candidate engagement techniques, including initiating outreach and maintaining candidate interest throughout the sourcing process
  • Comfortable working proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher for professional communication
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing activities and priorities effectively
  • Collaborative and clear communication skills for interacting with candidates and working within recruitment teams
