ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will join SoftServe’s quality assurance team working on cybersecurity intelligence solutions used by global enterprises. You will support testing activities for reliable, high‑quality products while growing your technical and professional skills in a modern, AI‑driven environment alongside experienced engineers and researchers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain clear, well‑structured test cases and test documentation
- Execute test scenarios and validate product functionality against requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the bug lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with developers and other QA engineers to ensure product quality
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing activities, improve coverage, and optimize workflows
- Experiment with modern testing approaches, including GenAI and agentic tools
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, team meetings, and quality discussions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and overall product quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control and QA methodologies (up to 1 year)
- Understanding of test design techniques and bug lifecycle
- Hands‑on experience writing and executing test cases
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Interest in learning and experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiency
- Curiosity, open‑mindedness, and motivation to grow as a QA professional
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Intermediate or higher level of English
