About the role
In this role you will support one of the world’s largest commercial threat intelligence teams, collaborating with top researchers, analysts, and engineers to classify data in English and Turkish. Our Client is a global security leader that protects users from emerging cyber threats, uncovers software vulnerabilities, and helps keep the internet safer for millions of people and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze web data from various online sources to support client web security solutions, ensuring accurate interpretation and categorization of content
- Own the quality and consistency of machine-generated categorization results to improve accuracy, reduce misclassifications, and enhance overall web security coverage for clients
- Control and validate machine categorization outputs against customer’s category descriptions
- Monitor and respond to customer escalations regarding categorization or web security concerns, prioritizing cases and documenting resolutions
- Perform language-based analysis of URLs, evaluating textual elements to derive classification decisions consistent with customer-defined categories
Requirements
- Confident English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate/B2+)
- Native or fluent proficiency in Turkish
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
- Proactive, result-oriented attitude
- Ability to conceptualize information, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions
