ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will support the development of cloud-based data solutions using AWS, Snowflake, and dbt. As a Junior Data Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers to build and maintain scalable data pipelines, contribute to ELT processes, and gain hands-on experience with modern data technologies in a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and maintaining ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and dbt
- Support data transformation and integration processes within AWS and Snowflake environments
- Work with large datasets and contribute to data quality and optimization efforts
- Collaborate with team members on customer-defined tasks and project deliverables
- Participate in workflow orchestration and scheduling activities using Airflow
- Contribute to troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Continuously learn and develop technical skills in cloud and data engineering technologies
REQUIREMENTS
- 1,5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other analytical databases
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python programming
- Understanding of ELT/ETL concepts and data transformation processes
- Familiarity with dbt and Airflow is a plus
- Analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and an intermediate strong level of English
