Intelligence Advisor (AI Agents Architect)

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will help organizations move from AI experimentation to practical, scalable Agentic Engineering adoption. As an Intelligence Advisor, you will partner with client teams to assess readiness, define adoption paths, and enable agentic ways of working that measurably improve delivery outcomes across the SDLC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Agentic Engineering discovery and assessments, identifying where agentic approaches can create measurable value across the SDLC
  • Own end-to-end client adoption journeys, guiding teams from kickoff and assessment through enablement and scale-out with clear outcomes and metrics
  • Collaborate closely with Intelligence Engineers, architects, delivery leaders, and client stakeholders to connect strategy with execution
  • Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analyze delivery workflows, tools, team maturity, governance models, and AI usage to assess readiness for agentic adoption
  • Define high-impact Agentic SDLC use cases, prioritizing them based on business value, feasibility, risk, and organizational maturity
  • Provide hands-on coaching and practical guidance to delivery teams, helping them apply agentic practices in real project workflows
  • Contribute to the evolution of SoftServe’s Agentic Engineering methodologies, assessment frameworks, playbooks, and consulting assets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical background with 3+ years of experience in an architecture role or closely related technical roles
  • Strong understanding of software delivery, SDLC practices, Agile ways of working, and engineering team operations
  • Hands-on familiarity with Agentic AI, GenAI tools, and AI-assisted engineering across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and project management
  • Experience conducting client-facing consulting activities such as discovery, assessments, workshops, or enablement programs
  • Ability to analyze delivery processes, identify bottlenecks, and assess technical and organizational readiness for agentic adoption
  • Proven capability to define adoption plans, operating models, roles, responsibilities, success metrics, and scale-out recommendations
  • Experience translating complex AI and engineering concepts into clear, business-relevant language for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong facilitation, communication, structured thinking, and documentation skills
  • Skillful collaboration with delivery teams to drive practical change, not just conceptual discussions
