ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized environment for our employees, visitors, and company property. In this role, you will support daily site security operations, respond to routine and non-standard situations, and contribute to a smooth and safe workplace experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor access to the company’s premises or facility.
- Patrol the premises and observe the surrounding environment.
- Monitor CCTV systems, where applicable.
- Respond to unusual or emergency situations within the scope of the role.
- Maintain order and support compliance with internal rules and procedures.
- Complete required documentation, including incident logs and related records.
- Cooperate with management, employees, and emergency services when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic PC skills.
- Previous experience in a security-related role is an advantage; training can be provided.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make timely decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality.
- High level of integrity and discipline.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with CCTV software and access control systems.
- Valid security guard license, where applicable.
- Experience working at large facilities, such as offices, warehouses, shopping malls, or production sites.
- Basic technical skills related to security equipment.
