Our Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE) is a group of passionate technologists specializing in software architecture, startups, and enterprise platforms. We work closely with clients to assess their security posture, simulate real-world attack scenarios, uncover vulnerabilities, and implement meaningful improvements.

Our goal is to help businesses become more secure, modern, and resilient – and we are looking for a senior cybersecurity leader to help us scale that mission.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with at least 8+ years of hands-on implementation of cybersecurity strategy, security services design, development, and scaling
• Proficient in cloud security across major platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledgeable of key information security concepts - data protection, DLP, secure use of AI, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2
• Skilled in risk assessment across S-SDLC, Cloud, and Infrastructure Security
• Experienced in designing scalable security solutions from the ground up
• Experienced in presales activities including technical presentations and solution design
• Confident communicating and presenting across different audiences in fluent English
• Decisive and agile in execution - comfortable navigating ambiguity and limited information
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to lead from the front while ensuring operational excellence
• Effective at engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels including CTO and CISO

AND YOU WANT TO

• Drive cybersecurity strategy and grow a portfolio of security services across consulting, managed security, and enterprise environments
• Lead a client portfolio of engagements, owning delivery quality and client satisfaction end to end
• Establish relationships with client CTO, CISO, and their direct reports across technical and business functions
• Identify opportunities, scope engagements, and create high-quality proposals in collaboration with CRO and sales teams
• Facilitate sales through a consultative solution selling approach, cooperating with the CRO team to identify and pursue potential opportunities
• Design and pitch the technical side of architecture from presales to delivery, including structured solutions, technical demos, and active listening to client needs
• Design and refine strategies that help clients achieve their security goals across infrastructure, data, and AI security
• Tackle complex, cutting-edge challenges with global reach, focusing on infrastructure, data, and AI security across various cloud and commercial technologies
• Partner with technical and sales teams across the US and EMEA to drive meaningful outcomes
• Stay ahead of the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends - and advise clients on how to mitigate risks and strengthen their defenses
